Operator places package → automatic strap cycle → package removed
Operator handling sets the pace between cycles. The 101 uses this high-table station arrangement.
Infeed conveyor → product detection → automatic strapping → outfeed conveyor
Automated handling requires a specification for transfer height, package spacing and detection signals.
Case sealing → conveyor → strapping → labeling → palletizing → load securing
Specify the line cycle, upstream and downstream signals, and the layout for continuous production.
Match the package, handling sequence and operating conditions to the machine specification.
Select an arch and working area that cover both the minimum and maximum package dimensions. The 101 sheet lists a minimum width of 60 mm and height of 60 mm. Check the largest pack and its orientation against the clear arch opening on the configuration drawing.
Cycle time is not the same as packages per hour. Package spacing, straps per pack and handling time all change output. The 101 datasheet cycle is ≤ 2.5 s. Measure acceptable-package output with the agreed pack and strap settings.
Semi-automatic, automatic, fully automatic and inline are different jobs. The 101 is a fully automatic high-table station.
The 101 is specified for PP, 9–15 mm wide. Match the strap material to the machine specification.
Higher tension is not always better. The 101 sheet lists 90 kg maximum in its original unit. Set the operating tension against package strength.
Describe dust, moisture and the cleaning method. Define protection and material requirements for the installation environment.
Use the 101 datasheet baseline below. Record any additional layout, material or control requirements in the project specification.
The 101 overall dimensions are 1400 × 628 × 1418 mm (L × W × H). Match the largest pack and strap path to the clear arch opening on the configuration drawing.
PP, 9–15 mm wide and 0.55–1.0 mm thick, core 200–210 mm.
Maximum 90 kg as printed. Confirm the setting against carton strength at quote.
380 V / 50 Hz, 1000 W / 10 A on the datasheet. Include the site supply in the RFQ to specify the electrical configuration.

Reduce repetitive manual feeding, tensioning and sealing operations when a station matches the pack.
Compare acceptable packages per hour with the same package mix, strap settings and handling sequence. Include loading, repositioning and removal time.
Apply a set tension and seal cycle instead of operator-to-operator variation.
Reduce loose straps and inconsistent positioning when the pack fits the arch and strap path.
Match the working height and package transfer method to the operator task.
Send the conveyor layout, transfer height and required signals to define integration scope.
Automatic strapping machine pricing depends on automation level, machine speed, arch size, strap material and whether the machine operates as a standalone unit or as part of an integrated packaging line.

An automatic strapping machine feeds, tensions, seals and cuts plastic strap around a package after the strapping cycle is activated.
Semi-automatic machines normally require an operator to manually feed the strap around the package. Automatic arch machines automatically feed the strap around the package before tensioning and sealing.
